OBJECTIVES

During 60 minutes, our motion picture project WHAT A SMALL WORLD will reach several objectives:

CONCEPT

Our four heroes do not know each other. They come from four different countries. We will recruit them in two northern countries (France and Canada), and two Southern countries (Colombia and Senegal). They have much in common. They belong to the same age group; they experienced the same type of journey that took them through the labyrinth of life. More importantly, they have the same resilience. Each of them has experienced a full U-turn, an extraordinary return to life. They become the ambassadors of life, of hope to their own generation.

APPROACH

This film aims to touch, to move, to challenge, to engage and to simulate the implementation of the action plan. To do this, it speaks the language of the youth, it combines several artistic styles to deliver the full scope of its contents: the direct, the narrative, the oneiric and the musical. Each one of these styles expresses a different aspect of the main topic, enfolds the personality and the character of our heroes, and allows the audience to navigate between different worlds, different moods.
